What I do
The Process
I don’t diagnose injuries — that’s the role of medical professionals. My job begins once you’ve been cleared for movement and are ready to rebuild strength and confidence. I work closely with physiotherapists, doctors, and other specialists to ensure your training is safe, structured, and fully supported.
If you’re already seeing a physio or clinician, I’m happy to connect with them, discuss your plan, and provide updates after each session. This joined-up approach keeps your progress consistent, clear, and aligned with your wider recovery.
Pro Bono Coaching
(Limited Spaces)
In exceptional circumstances, I offer a limited number of pro bono coaching spaces for individuals who genuinely need support but may not currently have the means to access it. When a space is available and the criteria are met, I’ll work with you free of charge to help you rebuild strength, confidence, and movement quality.
Eligibility Checklist
Priority is given to individuals who meet most or all of the following criteria:
- Experiencing genuine financial hardship
- Clear need for structured support (injury recovery, long-term condition, medical referral)
- Committed and reliable (can attend sessions consistently)
- Cleared for movement by a medical professional
- Comfortable with collaborative support (physio/doctor communication)
- Facing exceptional circumstances where coaching would make a meaningful difference

- Why pro bono support would help
- Their availability
Spaces are reviewed and assigned when available.
